consumer service“Give the Best Service for Consumers” is the motto of my business in the field of computer services and the Internet. Here is a simple way how to keep consumers in order to always give money to us:

1. Greet customers well. hello with a smile, wherever possible, or say good morning welcome. The first point is we got a friendly impression.
2. Ask what needs. We must pro-actively to ask in advance what the customer needs by saying “there is a need I help you?”.
3. Provide the best quality. Every product that we provide, to the best.
Never, ever we give to consumers at random. This will create a bad impression for the customer to the products we sell.
4. Give a fair price. At the level of competition the price of a product or service is crucial. To buy something consumers are looking for a place in advance where to sell more cheaply. Give a reasonable price but still accompanied by a good quality, usually the consumer will come back to transact our business.
5. Keep the Promise. Strive every promise we give to consumers to always keep. Do not ever give promise to the consumer if we can not fulfill.
6. Create family. At the moment we are providing services, do not tend to focus on the final sale only. Including not being
monotone or front embosankan customers. Involve them in a light conversation. This is intended to create impressive relationships.
7. Create a psychological bond. This can be done if we are able to create a familial bond with the consumer. To create the inner bond I had with how to give utterance to certain monen moments, such as birthday greetings, happy holidays and so on. Simply send by sms. Tip is quite powerful because consumers feel cared for. Well if inner bond has been formed it is difficult for consumers to switch to another transaction.
